How we price
Laurelfield engagements are quoted based on scope, sector complexity, and SKU count. We do not use subscription tiers or monthly retainers unless a client requests ongoing advisory after a completed roadmap. All fees below are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and exclude applicable taxes.

Full 8–12 week engagement with written roadmap. Final fee depends on product count (typically 1–20 SKUs), number of regulatory pathways, and whether partner screening is bundled. Engagements with 20+ SKUs or multi-sector product lines are quoted individually.
Regulatory & Compliance Review
From TWD 95,000
Standalone permit and registration matrix. Fee increases with SKU count and number of authorities involved (FDA, BSMI, sector-specific). Rush delivery within 2 weeks carries a 30% surcharge.
Partner & Distributor Screening
From TWD 120,000
Covers up to five candidates. Additional candidates at TWD 18,000 each. Taipei interview travel is included; out-of-city candidate meetings are billed at TWD 3,500 per trip plus transport.
Market Sizing Workshop
TWD 45,000
Fixed half-day rate. Includes pre-workshop desk research and summary document. Full-day extension available at TWD 28,000.

- Partner count — screening more than five distributors increases research and interview hours

Payment terms
- 50% deposit upon engagement letter signature
- 50% upon final deliverable delivery
