Laurelfield Business Advisory provides market entry planning and related advisory consultations for small and mid-sized firms entering Taiwan. The Site offers information about our consultations, rates guidance, and a contact form for briefing requests.

Submitting a contact form or browsing the Site does not create an advisory engagement. An advisory relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter and any required deposit is received.

Information on the Site is general and does not constitute legal, tax, or regulatory advice for your specific situation.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit malware, spam, or automated scraping at rates that impair Site performance

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.
